Lift


A strength-focused class designed to build muscle, increase endurance, and improve overall strength using dumbbells and resistance bands. Through intentional, controlled movements and guided progressions, you’ll challenge your body while learning proper form and technique.

Lift Class Variations:

LIFT: Lower Body & Cardio
Focuses on glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves, combined with cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate and boost endurance.

LIFT: Upper Body & Core
Targets arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core with strength-driven movements designed to build stability and upper-body power.

LIFT: Full Body
A balanced, head-to-toe strength workout that challenges all major muscle groups for a total-body burn.

Restore


A full-body stretch and recovery class designed to help you reset and recharge. Through gentle flow, controlled movements, and smaller muscle activation, we’ll release tension, improve mobility, and support muscle recovery.

Sculpt


A high-intensity, cardio-based class combining yoga flow, light weights, and strength intervals. Designed to elevate your heart rate, energize your body, and move to the beat of the music.

Pulse


A low-impact, high-burn mat pilates class focused on intentional breath work, slow and controlled movements, and targeted pulsing to build deep strength and endurance. Using a variety of props — including ankle weights (bangles), a weighted ring, blocks, and a pilates ball — this class challenges stabilizing muscles and keeps the burn alive without high-impact movement. Expect mindful pacing, precise form, and a strong mind-body connection.

Beat


A high-energy kickboxing class that blends powerful punches, dynamic kicks, and strength training using just a yoga mat and dumbbells. You’ll flow through athletic combinations on the mat, then fire up your muscles with weighted strikes and conditioning drills. Expect a full-body workout that boosts cardio endurance, builds lean muscle, and releases stress—all in one empowering session.
