Megan Oslund

I’m a wife, mom of three, and business owner of Style & Grace, where I refinish furniture and remodel kitchens—bringing new life to old spaces.

Believe it or not, I never liked fitness growing up. I hated gym class and avoided exercise whenever I could. About 2.5 years ago, I decided to be more intentional about my health through better food choices and regular movement. One day, on a whim, I walked into a group fitness class—and it completely changed everything for me.

I fell in love with how it made me feel: stronger, more energized, and more confident. What started as a personal health journey turned into a true passion. Now, I want more—and I want as many people as possible to experience that same feeling. My heart is to create a welcoming space where anyone, no matter their starting point, can discover the joy of movement and the power of community.

Hi, future sweaty besties!! I’m McCall — pharmacist, dog mama, and fitness lover. My fiancé and I live in Westbrook and stay busy with our 11 nieces and nephews (plus one more on the way!) 🤍

My passion for group fitness started in college and grew into becoming an instructor in Sioux Falls. After moving to Westbrook, I was searching for a place to keep that love for group fitness alive… and now we’ve found the perfect space!

You’ll usually find me with an Alani Nu in hand and my dog, Case, close behind. I can’t wait to sweat with you — see you in the hot room very soon! 🔥🐾

Courtney Bonnstetter

Hello hello! My name is Courtney! I’m originally from Fulda and now live on a farm outside of Slayton with my husband, Alex. I love to stay busy either working as a nurse, chasing after my niece and nephews, working out, or spending time outside! I started attending group fitness classes in Sioux Falls on my days off and love them so much! I can’t wait to make others feel confident, strong, and build this community of fitness lovers up! Hi fellow fitness lovers! My name is Kim Thooft. I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids, I recently transitioned from a counselor to an insurance agent, and now I can't wait to be a group fitness leader!

Life has taken me on quite the journey, full of twists and turns, but one thing has always remained constant: my love for fitness. Movement is my anchor. It’s where I feel the most confident, energized, and truly myself.

My goal is to support and uplift each of you, creating a space where we move together, encourage one another, and leave class feeling just a little better than when we walked in.

Hello! My name is Shanell & I’m super excited to meet all of you! 🫶🏻 I’m originally from & currently live in Westbrook, I married a Westbrook boy and we’re now chasing after three amazing daughters; 9-year-old twins and a fearless 5-year-old who keep life loud, busy, and fun! When I’m not mom-ming, I’m an Assistant Supervisor with the Minnesota Department of Corrections and an Affiliate with Make Wellness.

My fitness journey kicked off in 2016 after having kids and deciding I wanted to feel strong, confident, and like me again. That spark turned into a passion—and now I’m here to share it with you! 

As a fitness instructor at Strength & Grace Fitness, I’m all about building strength with purpose and training with intention. Expect challenging, empowering workouts that push you, support you, and remind you just how powerful you are. 

Alyssa Williams

Hi everyone! I’m Alyssa and I’m so excited to meet you all!

I’m originally from the Brewster area and now live on a farm in Westbrook, MN! I’m a proud dog mom to my Cavapoo, Paisley, and also have a few farm kitties—and chickens, of course!

Fitness has been a big part of my life for a long time; however, it has become so much more than just workouts for me. While it’s helped build my confidence, it’s also about long-term health and recognizing the privilege of being able to move your body. I love the sense of community fitness creates—the strength, empowerment, and connection that come from showing up together.

As an instructor, my goal is to encourage others, make fitness fun, and create a welcoming space where you feel supported no matter what stage of your journey you’re in. I’m so excited to be part of this studio and can’t wait to move, sweat, and grow together 🤍

Mariah Jorgensen

Hello everyone, I’m Mariah! I’m a wife, veterinarian and a cat mom. I currently live in Westbrook with my husband, Jack, and our 2 cats, Willow and Oliver. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends along with going to the lake! I have always loved fitness for the mental health and overall health aspect of it. With graduating recently I’ve finally been able to focus more on my health and look forward to sharing that passion with you all!

Brigit Lozinski

Hi friends! I’m Brigit (not Bridget—my grandma insists). I moved to Slayton after grad school in 2020 and work full-time as a Swine Nutritionist, part-time as Farm Advocate for the Dept. of Ag, and coach Livestock Judging, while also wearing a bunch of other ag-related hats. Above all though, I am Baylor’s mom and the daughter of a perfect and Holy God. I love authentic native jewelry, baking (sourdough, obviously), reading, exercising, and spending time on the farm or in the garden. Think Corporate Girlie meets Caroline Ingalls—fully fueled by real protein, French macarons, good coffee, serving others, and a full plate!

Going to group fitness during grad school really built my confidence and gave me a sense of community, and I’m SO excited to breathe that same energy to every class. I’m here to challenge you, cheer you on, and remind you that you can do hard things and be many things, while still filling your own cup. Competitive, real, and ready to be your biggest fan—let’s sweat together! ️

Kayla Hulstein

Hi! I’m Kayla Hulstein, and I’m from Edgerton. I’m a wife, a mom to two girls, and work full-time at Superturf while also running Diamond H Acres.

Outside of work, I love spending time at the lake, walking my dog Cash, spending time with my horses, and chasing my girls around to all of their activities. I fell in love with VIBE because it doesn’t feel like a typical workout. It’s high energy, so much fun, and somehow makes you forget you’re exercising while still getting an amazing workout it. I love the music, the atmosphere, and the positive energy that comes from this class. I can’t wait to move and sweat with you all. See you in class!

Hi!! I’m Madalynn & I cannot wait to meet you all!

I am a lover of group fitness—I love the community it creates, the way it challenges me both physically and mentally, and the confidence and joy that come from showing up for yourself every single day.

When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me studying to become a nurse, helping on the farm, running and walking, going to the lake, and spending time with the people I love most.

Mallary Gunnink

Hi, I’m Mallary Gunnink! Fitness has been a part of my life for the past 10 years, I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2019. My passion is helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident both physically and mentally.

Outside of fitness, I’m married to my favorite person, Thad Gunnink. Together we have three beautiful and amazing children ages 5,3 and 2.

I’m excited to continue sharing my knowledge, encouraging others, and creating a community that feels supportive, uplifting, and welcoming for everyone.

Aubrey ThunderHawk

Hey there! I'm Aubrey, im 20 years old and I grew up in Pipestone MN. I'm absolutely thrilled to be apart of the Strength and Grace team where I will be instructing Lift classes! My heart is truly in health, wellness, and all things fitness. I absolutely love discovering new ways to move, pushing my limits, and always aiming to be the best version of myself. This summer, I'm getting ready for a Triathlon, and then tackling a Marathon in the Fall! On top of that, I'm marrying my best friend, Grant, in September and plan to pursue a career in addiction counseling. I'm really looking forward to connecting with and supporting all of you on your personal wellness journeys, both here at the studio and beyond!

Avery Fey

Hey all-I’m Avery, I’m 19 years old and from Edgerton, MN. I played sports all throughout high school, and after graduation, group fitness became such an important way for me to stay accountable, continue challenging myself, and prioritize my health. I’m so excited to help others find that same sense of motivation and community! I’m currently studying at USD, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Sports Media. Outside of the studio, I love traveling, being outdoors, spending time with my friends and family, and growing in my faith. One of my favorite things about Strength and Grace is the way it creates a space for people to grow not only physically, but spiritually as well. I can’t wait to meet you all and be part of your journey!

Hi! I’m Stacy Fey! I’m the girl who always has running shoes and a workout outfit packed, ready for a workout with a friend.

Fitness has been a big part of my life for years. I’ve completed 5 marathons and countless half marathons, and relay running is my favorite because of the team energy and connection. Exercise is my therapy for mental health, my stress relief, and a huge blessing.

I’m so excited to be certified and teaching classes with the Strength & Grace community.

I’m a wife of 20+ years, mom to two grown boys, and a new grandma. Family, faith, and friendships are everything to me.

My happiest moments are spent running with my dog Stella, kayaking, boating, and enjoying lake time with family and friends.

Hi!! I’m gabrielle- preschool teacher, dog mom, and fitness lover. My boyfriend and I live in Slayton and stay busy hanging out at the lake, being with friends and snuggling with our fur babies Koda and Billie🖤🐾

Growing up I loved sports, I was involved in volleyball,basketball, and track. After a shoulder injury in basketball, sports were kinda taken out of the picture for me. It wasn’t untill Strength & Grace was introduced to me that I was able to rekindle that love!🫶🏼

My goal is to help other people find what they love, grow confidence, better their mental health and leave my class knowing that Jesus loves each and every one of them! I can’t wait for you all to sweat with me!💋

Stormi Scotting

Hello, I’m Stormi Scotting💛 A Certified Personal Trainer, SAHM to three littles, and wife to Tyler. My fitness journey started in college when cheerleading (and my husband) introduced me to the weight room. Since then, I’ve experienced everything from bodybuilding prep to a season of being so unhealthy I couldn’t care for my disabled son very well.

Right now, I’m in a season of holding both joy and grief and it’s reminded me that moving our bodies is a privilege.

My favorite training style is progressive overload with a love for a workout that’s mentally challenging. Why group fitness? I love to see the lifestyle changes move through the whole family and community. Strong women have strong impacts.

Hi! I’m Alexis and I can’t wait to see all of you!

I fell in love with fitness as it has been part of my life since high‑school sports, and I fell in love with how it makes people feel. And teaching gives me the chance to build a community that lifts each other up, celebrates progress, and shows up! I love everything about strength and grace and can’t wait to share it with the community I grew up in!

In my free time, I will be working at the nursing home, hanging out with friends and family and going to the lake, and going on walks!
